PREGNANCY SOUND BATH

    I'm so happy to share a new event created especially for pregnant women in their second or third trimester — a gentle, grounding sound bath to support you during this deeply transformative time.

I’ve had the honour of welcoming many expectant mothers to my Sound Baths.  They have shared how the sessions helped them release physical tension without needing to move or stretch, and how the soothing sounds supported them emotionally — easing anxiety, creating calm.

Inspired by this, I’ve created a Sound Bath tailored just for this unique chapter — a time to rest, reflect, and mark the transition into motherhood with intention and care.

You’ll be invited to lie back in supportive, restorative poses, surrounded by soft pillows and blankets, while gentle instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and rain sticks create a cocoon of calming sound. These mellow vibrations help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and offer a deep sense of peace and connection — to your body, your baby, and your own inner wisdom.

This is a true treat for both mum and baby: a beautiful way to recharge, tune inward, and prepare for what’s ahead with openness and love.

Note: All sounds are kept at safe, low levels and are never played directly on the body. This event is designed for women in the later stages of pregnancy. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.

• Those who live with sound-induced epilepsy
