These classes focus on inner compassion and aim to offer some space in your busy life to breathe and relax. We start each class with a chat followed by a meditation practice and end with a lovely savasana to send you home feeling great.
When are the women's evening classes?
Classes are at 20:00 on Wednesday evenings.
One week a month around the New Moon, this class is a Women's Circle - you can read more about this in the Circles section.
For three weeks of the month, the Flow & Let Go class is a vinyasa flow style class that can be as challenging as you want it to be. I encourage you to listen to your body and what it needs depending on your cycle and how you are feeling.
What is The Soul Space women’s yoga class?
Evening classes are offered in a calm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with candles and fairy lights. These classes focus on inner compassion and aim to offer some space in your busy life to breathe and relax. We start each class with a chat followed by a meditation practice and end with a lovely savasana to send you home feeling great.
Please note that if you have had a baby you must be at least 6 months post-partum before starting these classes. These classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
How do I book a space?
You can use the link below to purchase your block or pay as you go class pass and book your place in class.

Classes do get booked up, but if you look ahead, you will find some that you can join or you can join the waitlist too.
For the regular weekly class, you can join at any time. You can purchase a one-off class pass by following the link – it’s really easy to use. Booking opens 60 days in advance of the class.
It is best and most cost effective to purchase a 4 or 8 visit class pass and then you can book in for classes as you go using the online booking system.
Places are limited so if you have booked in for a class your place is reserved. If you can’t make it please cancel your place via the same link. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time without losing your credit.
Booked classes not cancelled or not attended will use one of your class credits.
What do I need to bring?
All mats and equipment are provided, so all you need to do is bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in.
