Mum & Baby Yoga is a gentle class where we practice yoga for you and for your baby with postures adapted for postnatal Mums. Working gently on rebuilding abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and lower back strength.
But this class is more than just postures, it's about connecting with other Mums and finding space to chat and share your experiences. This is a safe space where you will feel supported and comfortable.
It's a free flowing class allowing you to feed, change and connect with your baby without outside distractions.
The class always ends with tea and chat and everyone is connected via a WhatsApp group.
Classes run in set blocks so you attend the same class each week of the block.
Classes run Monday - Wednesday at 10:00 and 13:00
The current block is fully booked.
Places are offered to existing attendees and those that attended Pregnancy Yoga first and then booking opens for new joiners.
