We practice breathing techniques and poses that can be used during Pregnancy and labour and this is a lovely, friendly class with time to meet, chat and share experiences with other Mums.

Unlike a baby shower, which focuses on gifts for the baby, a Mother Blessing is all about the mum — surrounding her with love, encouragement, and heartfelt support as she prepares for birth and her journey into motherhood.
